WindMover Days 2024
Our brand trio MAX Trailer, Faymonville and Cometto offers suitable specialized vehicles for all challenges in the wind energy sector. The following exhibits will be shown at the "WindMover Days" in Lentzweiler.

4-axle ballast trailer MAX410
A ballast trailer is perfect for transporting compact crane parts and crane weights. The vehicle is equipped with a hydro-mechanical steering system for optimum manoeuvrability.

Tower adapter with 4+7 FlexMAX trailer combination
Tower adapters with a lifting capacity of 100 tons are used for height-optimised transport of tower segments of various lengths and diameters. The free-turning device makes it possible to negotiate even the tightest bends and overcome obstacles.
Rotor blade adapter with 2+4 FlexMAX self-steering trailer combination
Wind blade transports with a self-steering trailer combination significantly increase manoeuvrability compared to telescopic vehicles. The universal interface to the root frame provides a flexible solution for all aerofoil manufacturers.

WingMAX flatbed trailer for XXL wind blades
Thanks to the maximum loading platform length of 74.65 metres, this vehicle provides the necessary mobility with the longest blades. The enormous gooseneck stroke, the longest available loading platform with 4-fold extension and strong 19.5” pendle-axles are a genuine plus for the wind power industry.
CombiMAX with hydraulically widenable vessel bridge
The vehicle is characterised by its hydraulically widenable vessel bridge. This technology provides maximum flexibility in terms of load width in order to transport tower segments in a height-optimised manner depending on the diameter.

MultiMAX semi-trailer with 6 pendle-axles PA-X
The PA-X pendle axle impresses with a minimum loading height of just 790 millimetres. The double extendable loading platform provides variable options for transporting different wind turbine components. The hydraulic gooseneck with switchable axle compensation enables lifting/lowering in the front area.

10-axle heavy-duty module ModulMAX AP-M with blade lifter BladeMAX1000
The blade lifter transports rotor blades with the necessary manoeuvrability through mountain passages, urban areas and wooded regions. The component is mounted on a heavy-duty module that combines the supporting assist mode with the self-propelled mode and the trailer mode.

12-axle self-propelled module MSPE 48T
The wind power sector in particular is undergoing constant development. Offshore installations and wind farms continue to grow, as do the dimensions of wind tower elements and rotor blades. Self-propelled modular transporters are the right technology for confined areas and maximum payloads.
